Snipe Hockey Tape orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.

Each month, your subscription be shipped on the 1st or the 15th.

Snipe Hockey Tape observes the following Canadian holiday calendar and orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.

• New Year’s Eve and Day
• Family  Day - Third Monday in February
• Good Friday – Friday preceding Easter Sunday
• Stanley Cup Playoffs
• Victoria Day – Last Monday preceding May 25th
• Canada Day July 1st
• Labour Day
• Thanksgiving Day – Second Monday in October
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Boxing Day

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. If you do not receive this email or have questions about your order tracking, please have your webstore order number available and contact Snipe Hockey Tape Customer Care at help@snipehockeytape.ca.

Snipe Hockey Tape is not responsible for lost or stolen items if United Parcel Service (UPS), Purolator or Canada Post can confirm delivery at the designated address.

If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, Snipe Hockey Tape does not take responsibility for any additional shipping costs associated with re-routing an order, or return to sender.

Orders will ship using either United Parcel Service (UPS), Purolator or Canada Post or possibly a combination of both, depending upon the item(s) in your order.

We make every effort to ship your items together, however there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order may be the combination of items in your order.

RETURNS

If, within 10 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect order or damage.

Yes. Goods that have been used cannot be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
