HOW DOES A SUBSCRIPTION WITH SNIPE HOCKEY TAPE WORK?
Pick from one of our custom boxes or build your own box based on how much tape you use. We will then send your customized order directly to your door monthly so you can stop running out for tape.
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will be shipped on the 1st or the 15th of every month. Shipping date is determined by the proximity of your order's payment processing date to ship date. It will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?
We delivery directly to your door, no need to sign for anything.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT A DELIVERY EVERY MONTH?
Simply hit pause whenever you wish through your account settings.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
You will receive an email notification on the day your order is shipped. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE WHAT GOES INTO MY MONTHLY BOX, BEFORE IT SHIPS?
You will receive a reminder email 5 days before your order is scheduled to renew. You have until your subscription renewal date to make any alterations to your subscription.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
No, that would defeat the purpose of what we do! We deliver premium tape at the lowest price right to your door each month.
WILL I GET TRACKING UPDATES ON MY ORDER?
Once our order ship you will receive a confirmation notice with a tracking number.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES SNIPE HOCKEY TAPE DELIVER TO?
Since we are a Canadian company, we ship nation-wide. If you live in the US, you can also purchase a subscription.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON SNIPE HOCKEY TAPE PRODUCTS?
Warranty for any unused products is 30 days from the date of shipment. Visit our returns policy page for all information
